With a unique focus on the needs of the African-American business leader,  The National Center for African-American Leadership (NCAAL) fosters:

  • high-quality executive educational experiences,

  • management skills development,

  • innovative strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness, and

  • advanced research on workplace issues relevant to African-Americans

 

 
The National Center of African American Leadership (NCAAL) was established in 1998 in order to increase the number of African Americans in leadership roles in the workplace and in business.  Based in Louisville, Kentucky, the Center is committed to accomplishing this mission through Professional Development programs that are taught by faculty from the county's leading business schools; Seminars that are conducted by renown experts and through support of research that focuses on strategies, policies and practices that facilitate the advancement and success of African Americans.
