All fees are payable in advance. There will be an additional charge of $25 for on-site registrations. The registration fee includes reception on Sunday, all program materials, general sessions, 2 Breakout sessions and Keynote Luncheon on Monday. Requests postmarked on or before October 1, 2000 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after October 1, 2000.
