| Preparing for the demands of 21st Century, participants take part in a series of challenging and dynamic experiences that address management skills and leadership competencies from intrapersonal, interpersonal, and organizational perspectives. Subsequently, they develop practical career-enhancing strategies to increase productivity within their organizations by leveraging the power of the African American leader. Alumni form a network around the country who may continue to share their thoughts through direct contact and through the annual leadership conference. |
