We have relationships with African American Scholars across the country who are doing research in Management, Leadership, etc. and we will be bringing them to Louisville to share their research.

Current Research

African-American scholars from around the country share their research results on contemporary issues in management and leadership through presentations, publications, and symposia sponsored by NCAAL. By means of this series of scholars' partnerships, the Center keeps the African-American business community informed of the latest research on the evolving role of the minority leader, and on the current conditions and future directions affecting its stakeholders. A sample study supported by NCAAL--"Beyond 2000"--concerns the status of African Americans in the workplace in the region. Newsletters and this site will provide summaries and updates on themes of interest.
